Methodology for senior coaching

If your challenges come from your role as grandparents, the coach can meet, individually at first, you, your children and / or grandchildren in order to understand the issues from the inside, and therefore guide you and help you better.

If your worries are related to your personal life, or involve your friends, your relatives or your neighbours, this coaching will be the same as individual coaching.

If you wish, the coaching sessions may take place at your address.

Communication tools to help the identified changes will be suggested either individually or, if necessary, by involving the members of the family concerned.

The coaching ends when the goal is reached and the results are satisfactory for you.

You can expect at least one individual session for each family member with whom the work will take place. This will then be followed by several sessions of 90 minutes, on the basis of one session per week or every two weeks.

The price of individual coaching is CHF 150.00 per session, and CHF 200.00 for two people and more.

For coaching outside Lausanne area, a contribution to travel expenses will be charged. This will be agreed beforehand.
