All members of the family involved in the difficulties will meet the coach individually in order to create a climate of trust. This coaching will be necessary, to allow the coach to understand your family dynamics, and therefore to support and help in an appropriate way.
Coaching gives positive results only if a climate of total trust is established. A coach's role is to "step into your shoes" whilst remaining objective and disassociated.
If your challenges come from your role as grandparents, the coach can meet, individually at first, you, your children and / or grandchildren in order to understand the issues from the inside, and therefore guide you and help you better.
If your worries are related to your personal life, or involve your friends, your relatives or your neighbours, this coaching will be the same as individual coaching.
